SPEHRE is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Human Resources (HR) Interns to join our remote team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students, graduates, postgraduates, and freshers to gain practical experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist eligible applicants.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
- Follow up with candidates and support employee engagement activities.
Eligibility:
- Open to undergraduate students, postgraduate students, graduates, postgraduates, and freshers.
- Non-technical backgrounds such as BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, BA, and similar disciplines are preferred.
- BCA candidates may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a remote environment.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 Months
