- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate counselors, nutritionists, therapists, and front-office staff.
- Handle customer consultations and convert inquiries into memberships or treatment packages.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Prepare reports for regional or corporate management.
