About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for a World of Titan store in Raiganj, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should be presentable, customer-focused, and passionate about retail and sales. This role involves assisting customers, building strong customer relationships, supporting store sales, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
- Maintain product displays and overall store presentation standards
- Assist in billing coordination and day-to-day store activities when required
- Support promotional activities, offers, and customer engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or customer relationship roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with strong customer handling abilities
- Basic understanding of retail sales and customer engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and sales mindset
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Retail stores
- Fashion/lifestyle/luxury retail
- Watches, accessories, eyewear, or jewellery retail
- Customer-facing hospitality or service roles
