Prime Rishta Matchmaking Services is hiring a Customer Service Executive for night shift operations in Mohali.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls with newly registered clients
- Manage client profiles and ensure profile accuracy
- Coordinate and support the matchmaking process
- Follow up with clients regarding match feedback
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
Experience:
1–3 years preferred in International Process, customer support, client servicing, relationship management, or tele calling.

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
