This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Goa, India. The Guest Relations executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer experiences. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with guests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience and ensuring that the property operates at the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. You will manage on-site teams—including housekeeping, butlers & villa attendants—to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus
- Relevant Experience of atleast 2 years in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Needs to ride a bike and hold a valid license
