Roles and Responsibility:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QS Executive to manage quantity surveying activities for construction projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Manage variations, claims, and final account settlements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
