e are seeking a highly skilled QuickBooks Live Online Accounting Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to clients over calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in assisting clients with their financial queries in real time.
K
ey Responsibilities:
P
- rovide live support and consultation to clients over calls on QuickBooks Online (QBO).
A- ssist clients with accounting-related queries, including bank reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, tax filings, and general bookkeeping.
T- roubleshoot and resolve technical and accounting issues related to QuickBooks usage.
O- ffer guidance on best accounting practices, chart of accounts setup, and financial reporting.
T- rain and educate clients on using QuickBooks efficiently for their business operations.
S- tay updated with the latest QuickBooks features, accounting regulations, and industry best practices.
C- ollaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and provide feedback for system enhancements.
Q
ualifications & Skills:
B
- achelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
C- ertified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (preferred).
3- + years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial consulting.
I- n-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
S- trong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
E- xcellent communication skills to explain complex accounting concepts to clients over calls.
A- bility to work in a fast-paced office environment while providing high-quality client support.
