Job Summary:
The Operational Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the uniform vendors. The role ensures seamless uniform distribution operation, vendor coordination, student services regarding uniform, and compliance with university standards. The executive will work closely with internal departments, vendors, students, faculty, and staff to ensure timely availability and efficient distribution of uniforms. In additional assist regarding the campus facility operation as & when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the uniform distribution.
Supervise store opening and closing procedures & timing.
Ensure adherence to university policies and retail operating procedures.
Monitor inventory levels for uniforms, apparel, accessories, stationery, and branded
merchandise.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Coordinate stock replenishment and minimize stock shortages.
Coordinate with vendors for any complaint regarding uniforms.
Coordinate with various academic department for smooth functioning of distribution.
Ensure timely receipt and quality inspection of goods.
Address student inquiries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with academic departments during admissions and orientation.
Process invoice of vendors after successful distribution.
Regularly visits campus facility as directed by HOD.
Assist HOD as & when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3–7 years of experience in operations.
Experience in educational institutions or branded retail is preferred.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
