Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Freshers to 8 Years of experience
- Experience in the Printing & Packaging or Manufacturing industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum machine downtime
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with production teams for timely maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Team player with a proactive attitude
