CLARCHS.com is the cloud research and product development division of Preshineet Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We focus on building scalable software solutions and next-generation POS platforms for restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
- Help with social media posting, content-planning.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting documentation.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.
- Assist in planning company events, leadership meetings, and offsites.
- Ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups across executive priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid experience in utilizing AI tools.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, Click-Up, Canva.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Familiarity with basic operational, HR, or finance coordination is a huge plus.
SOFT SKILLS
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate executive needs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
