To fuel our rapid market penetration and revenue growth goals, we are actively expanding our dynamic Inside Sales team.
### Role Summary
As an **Inside Sales Executive**, you will own the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation and qualification to order closure and long-term customer retention. This is a high-energy, target-driven, desk-based position. It requires stellar communication skills, deep product understanding, and the ability to systematically manage a broad network of dealers and distributors remotely.
### Key Responsibilities
#### 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Identify and generate fresh business opportunities through continuous cold calling, targeted email campaigns, database mining, and professional referrals.
* Research, map, and qualify potential prospects—including contractors, builders, dealers, and upcoming project sites—across your assigned territories.
* Build and maintain a robust, healthy pipeline of high-intent leads at various stages of the sales funnel.
* Collaborate closely with our field sales personnel to seamlessly transition warm leads into active accounts.
#### 2. Lead to Sales Closure
* Deliver high-impact product presentations and technical briefings via phone or video calls to prospective clients.
* Draft and dispatch accurate commercial quotations, handle price negotiations, and persistently follow up to secure order confirmations.
* Meet or consistently exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets established by management.
* Document and track all sales activities, conversations, and deal movements precisely within the company CRM / MIS platform.
#### 3. Dealer & Distributor Management
* Foster, retain, and expand business relationships with existing dealers and distributors across your assigned divisions.
* Onboard new channel partners by managing corporate documentation, establishing credit terms, and coordinating relevant product training.
* Track individual dealer sales performance metrics and generate structured MIS reports for the Sales Manager.
* Promptly resolve partner grievances, address payment collection delays, and sort out logistics or supply issues.
#### 4. Order Processing & Operations
* Secure, validate, and process incoming customer orders in close coordination with our logistics and dispatch teams.
* Proactively monitor dispatch statuses and keep customers informed about definite delivery timelines.
* Partner with the finance/accounts team to guarantee smooth invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and timely recovery of outstanding collections.
* Take charge of essential post-sale support, managing technical escalations, replacements, or product complaints.
#### 5. Client Relationship Management
* Nurture strong, profitable, long-term relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins and follow-up engagement.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your active account base.
* Collect real-time market intelligence, including competitor pricing strategies, new product launches, and customer feedback, to share with the wider sales team.
* Drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through professional, responsive, and reliable service.
### Job Requirements & Qualifications
#### Minimal Qualifications
* **Education:** Graduate degree in any stream.
* **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales. Experience within construction chemicals, building materials, paints, or allied manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
* **Performance:** A clear, demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets and managing B2B/dealer accounts.
* **Languages:** Strong verbal fluency in English and Hindi, along with regional languages such as Telugu, Odiya, Bengali, Tamil, or Kannada.
* **Tools:** High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and standard CRM workflow applications.
* **Capability:** Proven ability to handle high daily call volumes while effectively managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
* **Traits:** Self-driven, highly target-oriented, and comfortable working independently under minimal supervision.
#### Preferred Qualifications
* An MBA or PGDM specializing in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
* Past experience managing specific product lines such as construction chemicals, waterproofing, admixtures, or tile adhesives.
* Active, pre-existing relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, or project consultants in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh regions.
* Solid knowledge of Hyderabad and its surrounding regional market dynamics is a distinct advantage.
