Job Summary
Catalyst is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellors to join our growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, who are passionate about guiding students and building a career in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and leads
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance
- Counsel students on career opportunities and learning paths
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for lead conversion
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / telecalling / counselling / customer support
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Any graduate (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
