We are looking for a result-driven Regional Manager - Marketing who can independently identify, approach, and convert clients such as hospitals and industrial organizations.
This is a pure field + direct selling role, involving end-to-end ownership from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and industrial clients directly
- Fix meetings with decision-makers (Admin, Purchase, Operations Heads)
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and solution discussions
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting → meeting → proposal → closure
- Coordinate internally for design, demo, and proposal preparation
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain sales pipeline and report progress regularly
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in direct sales (field sales preferred)
- Background in any of the following is a strong advantage:
- Medical equipment / hospital solutions
- Industrial products / capital goods
- Infrastructure / project-based sales
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel extensively

Fixed salary + strong incentives + travel allowance
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
