Global Esteem Events is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Sales Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls where the candidate will be responsible for calling cold leads and hot leads, explaining the event offerings, engaging prospects, nurturing interest, and converting them into confirmed nominations or registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned cold and hot leads
- Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
- Explain event concepts, benefits, and packages clearly
- Qualify leads and assess interest level
- Follow up with warm and hot leads regularly
- Convert interested leads into confirmed registrations
- Share brochures, links, and details via WhatsApp and email
- Maintain accurate lead status in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily call and monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily call and conversion reports
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team
- Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive communication style
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)

- Daily outbound call volume (80–100 calls/day)
- Lead contact and engagement ratio
- Lead qualification accuracy (cold/warm/hot)
- Number of successful conversions per month
- Timely follow-ups with interested prospects
- CRM / lead sheet accuracy
- Achievement of monthly revenue targets
- Quality of communication and client handling
- Discipline, punctuality, and consistency
- Team coordination and reporting compliance
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Education: Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred or Graduate (any discipline)
