Pidge is a fast-growing logistics and last-mile delivery platform committed to building a reliable delivery partner network across India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiters to expand our vendor network and support large-scale delivery executive hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard recruitment vendors and agencies for hiring delivery executives.
- Conduct regular field visits to build and strengthen vendor partnerships.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely onboarding of delivery executives.
- Work closely with the operations team to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, MIS, and vendor records.
- Build long-term relationships with recruitment partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Recruitment, Staffing, Vendor Acquisition, or Logistics Recruitment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Salary & Benefits
