We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive for a purely office-based role focused on outbound sales in the steel industry. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating enquiries, following up on quotations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting customers through the order process while ensuring timely follow-ups until order completion. The role involves dealing with a variety of customers including contractors, fabricators, builders, and industrial buyers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate requirements from customers and clearly understand their enquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations based on the customer’s requirement.
- Follow up on quotations and work towards getting the order confirmed.
- Negotiate to achieve a fair win-win deal with the customer.
- Ensure deals follow the profitability guidelines set by management.
- Act as the point of contact between the customer and the operations/logistics team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to generate repeat orders.
- Record all calls, enquiries, quotations, and orders in the company database/CRM.
- Track pending quotations and follow up until the enquiry is closed.
- Share simple daily updates on calls made, enquiries generated, and orders confirmed.

Requirements & Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma Holder
- 1 to 3 Years in Tele Sales
- Good communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Experience in steel or building materials industry is an added advantage
- Candidates should know English, Kannada and Hindi .
- Knowledge of other languages would be added advantage.
