Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor/Inside Sales
Location: Bathinda, Punjab (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure an excellent counselling experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
