Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our car showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, demonstrating products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive arrangements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
