Junior Architectural Designer
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing architecture team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects from initial concept development through design documentation and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in architectural design development and project documentation.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, presentations, and design reports.
- Develop basic 3D models and renderings.
- Conduct site visits, site studies, and project-related research.
- Support project coordination and review of design proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Revit (preferred).
- Strong presentation and graphic communication skills.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and UDCPR.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
