Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and solutions.
- Drive end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies.
- Support performance management processes – goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and career progression.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Identify training needs, partner with L&D to create development programs, and support succession planning.
- Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation within the organization.
