Daily Store Operations & Billing
- Supervise floor activities, opening/closing duties, and cash counter management.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) billing software systems to ensure quick checkouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
2. Stock & Inventory Management
- Execute inventory replenishment using data-driven forecasting tools.
- Manage stock inwarding, vendor deliveries, and stock transfers.
- Implement inventory controls like FIFO/FEFO to manage grocery item expiry.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification to minimize retail loss and shrinkage.
3. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage store associates, billers, and floor staff.
- Draft employee duty rosters, track attendance, and enforce store discipline.
- Train and onboard team members regarding visual merchandising and customer interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
