## About the Company
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our Channel Partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with Channel Partners, generating business through the channel network, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for sales and business development.
## Roles & Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners, brokers, real estate consultants, and referral associates.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners to maximize business opportunities.
* Conduct regular meetings, presentations, project briefings, and training sessions for Channel Partners.
* Generate quality leads through the channel network and ensure maximum site visits and customer conversions.
* Coordinate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead management and faster closures.
* Provide Channel Partners with complete information regarding projects, pricing, offers, payment plans, inventory availability, and promotional campaigns.
* Ensure timely follow-up of channel-generated leads and maintain regular communication with partners.
* Organize Channel Partner engagement programs, events, property visits, and networking activities to strengthen relationships.
* Monitor Channel Partner performance, analyze productivity, and implement strategies to improve business generation.
* Resolve Channel Partner concerns related to commissions, documentation, booking processes, and payment issues.
* Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on Channel Partner performance, lead generation, site visits, bookings, and revenue.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partner engagement.
* Maintain accurate records of Channel Partner interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
## Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.
* Proven experience in managing Channel Partners, brokers, or dealer networks.
* Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and Channel Partner ecosystem.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build long-term business relationships and generate consistent revenue through Channel Partners.
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for business development and Channel Partner meetings.
