Operations Manager – Academic Assignment Services

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our academic assignment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, coordinating with internal teams and freelance writers, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily business operations.
- Monitor assignment progress from order placement to final delivery.
- Allocate work effectively among operations staff and freelance writers.
- Track deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
- Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.
- Monitor team productivity and prepare operational performance reports.
- Develop and improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and business processes.
- Train, mentor, and supervise operations staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is an advantage.
- Experience in operations management or project coordination is preferred.
