Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. You will be the primary point of contact for new healthcare providers, including pharmacies and diagnostic centers, joining the MediCompares platform. Your mission is to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience from initial contact to platform activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing and On-boarding: Identify and reach out to prospective pharmacies and diagnostic centre in Bangalore. Educating the vendors about the platform and benefits of on boarding the platform for their business.
- Compliance & Verification: Authenticate medical licenses, business registrations, and operational credentials.
- Dashboard Training: Educate newly onboarded partners on using the MediCompares Vendor Dashboard effectively.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison to resolve technical or operational onboarding issues.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date vendor profiles and documentation in our database.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in vendor onboarding, account management, or partner operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, pharma, or diagnostic services is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Bangalore.
