Production Executive – 3D AnimationJob Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities across various 3D departments.
- Track scenes/assets through the complete production pipeline: Modelling → Texturing → Rigging → Animation → Lighting/Rendering → Compositing.
- Maintain production trackers, schedules and regular status reports.
- Coordinate with artists, leads, supervisors, production teams and vendors.
- Follow up on pending scenes/assets and ensure timely deliveries.
- Understand asset dependencies and production priorities.
- Monitor production deadlines and proactively escalate pipeline-related issues.
- Maintain proper file, version and delivery tracking and production documentation.
- Support Production Managers and Supervisors in achieving project milestones and delivery schedules.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a 3D Animation production pipeline, rather than only general administrative or coordination experience.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience as a Production Executive / Production Coordinator in the Animation, VFX or CG industry would be suitable.
Knowledge of both Maya and Blender is mandatory. The candidate should understand how these software packages are used within a 3D production pipeline and should be able to communicate effectively with artists, leads and supervisors.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of 3D production workflows and dependencies.
- Ability to manage multiple scenes/assets and priorities simultaneously.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with production trackers and schedules.
- Ability to identify delays/issues and escalate them proactively.
- Immediate joiner or candidate who can join at short notice will be preferred.
