We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective students, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, social media, and other lead sources.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, certifications, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS to maximize conversions.
- Convert leads into admissions while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, or meetings with academic counsellors when required.
- Explain course features, payment options, scholarships, and placement assistance.
- Address student queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Generate daily call reports, follow-up reports, and admission status updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
