Important Note: Candidates must be residents of the preferred work location (Palakkad).
Responsibilities
· Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on visits and execution plans.
· Responsible for business development within the assigned area as per pre-defined targets.
· Achieve both business development and sales targets.
· Conduct daily visits to Interlock Tile manufacturing units as per targets and ensure maximum productivity from each visit.
· Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
· Communicate product schemes and offers effectively to customers.
· Study and analyze customer purchasing patterns to identify sales opportunities.
· Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
· Collect customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
· Monitor and report competitor sales activities within the assigned territory.
· Travel extensively within the assigned area (100% field-based role).
· Maintain system knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Any graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Skills:
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Leadership and team management abilities (preferred).
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Work Mode
This is a field-based position - no daily office attendance required. Work will be carried out at designated field locations.
Transportation: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
Compensation
Fixed Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 22,000 per month
Travelling Allowance (TA): Rs. 3 per kilometer
