Bakingo is one of India's fastest-growing online bakery brands, delivering freshly baked cakes, desserts, and gourmet treats across multiple cities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to manage the complete HR operations of our Base Kitchen in Hoskote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Base Kitchen, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with the central HR team.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and maintenance of employee records.
- Resolve employee grievances and foster healthy employee relations.
- Partner with kitchen operations to ensure optimum manpower planning and workforce availability.
- Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve retention.
- Monitor discipline, workplace hygiene, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for performance management and HR-related support.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, attendance reports, and other HR MIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, Bakery, QSR, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
