It’s not just a game, it’s an adventure where you and your friends are the heroes. Role Overview We’re hiring Experience Managers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to lead guest journeys at Escapeverse. You’ll welcome guests, narrate stories, manage bookings, host games as Game Master, and ensure smooth operations — becoming the face of Escapeverse. Key Responsibilities
Host the Adventure Greet guests with energy and set the stage with immersive storytelling.
Game Master the Mission Run games, give story-driven hints, and keep the thrill alive. Reset rooms flawlessly so the magic never breaks.
Keep It Running Smooth Manage bookings, walk-ins, and game schedules. Ensure every group’s journey is seamless and fun.
Create Shareable Moments Encourage guest photos/reviews and boost Escapeverse’s social buzz.
Lead the Floor (Full-Time) Supervise part-time staff and ensure Escapeverse standards are met. Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred). Confident, people-first personality with leadership potential. Background in hospitality, theatre, events, or customer service is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-energy environments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
