Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 3–10 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and OmniStudio components. Experience in Telecom/Communications domain projects and Salesforce Industry Cloud implementations will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Build and enhance Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure Salesforce workflows, Flows, validation rules, security models, and automation processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Implement and support OmniStudio solutions including:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- Participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
