Cobblestone Realty is a prominent real estate advisory firm based in Bangalore, specializing in residential properties, including plots, apartments, and villas. The Presales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing incoming leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to site visit.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and leads generated via digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and property portals.
● Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and requirements, and schedule site visits accordingly.
● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
● Provide potential customers with complete information on the property/project, pricing, amenities, and documentation.
● Prepare and present reports on lead funnel, conversion ratios, and follow-up status.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong customer orientation and follow-up skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
