About the Role
We are a growing startup focused on AI-powered video production and digital content creation. You'll work closely with experienced industry professionals and gain hands-on exposure to modern video editing workflows that combine creative storytelling with emerging AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about video editing, eager to learn, and looking to build a strong portfolio in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to create polished final deliverables.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, dialogue, titles, transitions, and motion elements.
- Perform basic color correction and video enhancements.
- Utilize AI-powered editing tools and workflows to improve efficiency and content quality.
- Organize project files and manage multiple editing assignments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with project goals.
- Participate in occasional client interactions and provide project updates when required.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and content structure.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and visual enhancements.
- Comfortable learning and working with AI video editing tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple revisions.
Communication Requirements
- Decent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating professionally during occasional client interactions.
- Ability to understand feedback and implement revisions effectively.
