Job Summary:
We are hiring a Tr. Captain (Trainee Captain) for our F&B Service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in all F&B outlets. This role demands leadership, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B service team
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests
- Guide and support service staff during operations
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Handle guest queries and concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding departments for seamless service
- Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambience
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain proper billing and inventory controls in the outlet
- Uphold brand and service standards consistently
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the F&B Service department of a 4/5-star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of F&B service operations and guest engagement
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
