PRESCHOOL CENTRE HEAD
Location: Birla Open Minds International School, Manikonda, Hyderabad
Experience: Early Childhood Education with 2+ Years in Leadership
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Centre Head will lead the overall operations, academics, and team of the PreSchool. The role is to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment while ensuring BOMIS standards of quality education and parent satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Academic Leadership
Plan and oversee curriculum implementation as per BOMIS Early Years framework
Conduct teacher training, classroom observations, and academic audits
Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and learning outcomes are met
Introduce innovative teaching methods, playbased learning & activities
2. Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations of the PreSchool centre
Admissions, fee followups, and parent counseling
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory norms
Inventory management of teaching aids, stationery, and resources
Handle reports, MIS, and documentation for HO
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor and appraise PrePrimary teachers and staff
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews
Build a positive and collaborative team culture
Roster management and leave planning
4. Parent & Community Engagement
Conduct PTMs, parent workshops, and orientation programs
Address parent concerns and ensure 100% parent satisfaction
Build relationships with the local community for admissions & brand building
5. Brand & Growth
Drive admissions and retention targets for the centre
Plan events: Annual Day, Sports Day, Festivals, Exhibitions
Ensure BOMIS brand standards in infrastructure, hygiene, and communication
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Any Graduate with B.Ed / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education,will add as an advantage
Experience: Minimum 2 years as Centre Head/Coordinator/ Sr. Teacher in PreSchool
Skills: Leadership, Communication, Parent Handling, MS Office, Problem Solving
