We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (additional languages are a plus).
