Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply, if applicable).
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate, responsible, and committed to providing quality healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, OT, NICU, PICU, Ward, or other specialty units is an advantage.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
