We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Placement Officer to strengthen our industry connections and ensure successful student placements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies in Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Industrial Safety sectors
- Identify and generate new placement opportunities for NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma students
- Coordinate campus interviews, walk-ins, and recruitment drives
- Achieve monthly placement targets
- Maintain placement records and MIS reports
- Conduct employability training sessions (interview skills, resume building, soft skills)
- Follow up with recruiters and ensure smooth onboarding of placed candidates
- Build corporate tie-ups and MoUs with companies

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
- 1–3 years experience in Placement / HR / Recruitment / Business Development
- Strong industry network preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
