As a Founding Engineer (Platform, Scale & AI), you will be accountable for:
1. Infrastructure scale & cost control
2. SaaS On-prem / Hybrid deployment strategy3. Production-grade AI / LLM systems 4. Engineering execution at scale
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Platform & Infrastructure Design and evolve a scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS architecture- Own AWS/Azure infrastructure, reliability, performance, and observability - Implement FinOps practices to control and reduce infra cost - Define SLOs, capacity planning, and failure handling
On-Prem / Hybrid Deployments - Design a repeatable, secure on-prem/private cloud deployment model - Solve for installability, upgrades, secrets, and customer-controlled environments - Lead containerization, Kubernetes, Helm, and IaC strategy
Engineering Leadership - Drive engineering execution and predictability - Review architecture and critical code paths - Reduce tech debt pragmatically - Mentor senior engineers and platform leads
