- Sales & Customer Experience: Drive the store’s sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service, resolving complex complaints, and creating an inviting shopping environment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor floor staff. Handle shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and team motivation.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, track buying trends, minimize shrinkage, and reorder products to prevent stockouts.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute brand guidelines for store layout, window displays, and promotional materials.
- Financial & Administrative: Plan and adhere to store budgets, analyze sales metrics, and submit regular reports to corporate management.
