We are looking for a Beauty Therapist to provide professional beauty and wellness services to clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience at the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide beauty, skin, hair, and wellness treatments as per clinic protocols.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness requirements.
- Perform facials, skin treatments, hair-related treatments, and other assigned services.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of treatment areas and equipment.
- Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions to clients.
- Maintain client records and treatment details.
- Recommend suitable services and products based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with suitable certification may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of skin and beauty treatments.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
