Pay: ₹600 – ₹800 per session
About the Role
Topper Shiksha is looking for passionate and creative Entrepreneurship & Start-up Trainers who can inspire school students to think innovatively, develop problem-solving skills, and understand the basics of business and entrepreneurship.
The trainer will conduct engaging offline sessions in schools and help students learn concepts like idea generation, leadership, teamwork, business planning, marketing basics, and start-up thinking through practical activities and interactive discussions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct entrepreneurship and start-up sessions for students
- Teach concepts like innovation, business ideas, leadership, teamwork, budgeting, and marketing
- Organize group activities, idea pitching, and problem-solving challenges
- Encourage creativity and confidence among students
- Prepare simple presentations, worksheets, and activity-based learning content
- Maintain student engagement and classroom discipline
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth session planning
Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for entrepreneurship, business, or start-up culture
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred
- Candidates with MBA, BBA, Start-up, Business, or Training background are preferred
- Ability to handle school students in an interactive manner
- Creative and energetic personality
