Location: Kochi, Kerala
House of CS is a design-focused interior studio crafting elegant and functional spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can drive enquiries, build client relationships, and support our growing project pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, enquiries, field visits, and social media.
- Meet prospective clients and clearly present our interior design services.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and discussions with the design team.
- Assist with branding, marketing activities, and digital promotions.
- Maintain enquiry reports, client details, and weekly sales updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (interior design/real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closure ability.
- A 2-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven.
