Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and responsible Daycare Teacher who genuinely enjoys working with young children (6 months to 10 years). The ideal candidate will ensure children's safety, support their daily routines, organize engaging activities, and maintain strong communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and recreational activities.
- Assist children with meals, nap time, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Create a warm, caring, and positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare area.
- Observe children's behavior and development and report concerns to the Centre Head.
- Communicate professionally with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
- Follow daily schedules and centre policies.
- Support preschool activities and special events whenever required.
- Handle minor first-aid situations and emergency procedures as per school guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or daycare (preferred)
- Freshers with a passion for childcare may also apply who will be good in ART work
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,009.58 per month
