- Hands-on experience in core production processes and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including Machining, Pressing, Welding, Gravity Die Casting, Hot Dip Galvanizing, HR Plate Cutting, and Assembly.
- Plan and execute production activities as per project schedules.
- Daily Production Plan Vs Actuals Monitoring and action planning. Monitoring out sourcing activities at suppliers related to production.
- Hands on experience in process improvements and and productivity improvements through cycle time study and takt time study.
- Optimize resource utilization (Man, Material, Machine).
- Monitor operational costs and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Handle new product development including fixtures, tools, and process planning.
- Take decisions regarding equipment usage, maintenance, and modifications.
- Drive quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Kaizen practices.
- Apply advanced process improvement techniques such as FMEA and APQP.
- Monitor and review team performance; provide guidance for improvement.
- Ensure effective coordination with Planning, SCM, QA, and Project Management teams.
- Estimate production costs and implement cost-saving programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Provide necessary training and resources to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain a process-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective team management.
