Consultuence is hiring an experienced HR professional to join its team and manage the end-to-end HR function for a client account in India. The selected candidate will be employed by Consultuence and will work as the primary HR partner for the client, handling HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR administration, policy implementation, HRMS support, employee relations, onboarding, exits, and HR reporting.
This is a fractional, client-facing role designed for a high-ownership HR professional who can work independently in a structured outsourced-services model. The role will operate primarily in a hybrid remote setup, with one visit per month to Bengaluru and one visit per month to Thane, along with remote support during critical HR cycle periods and agreed service windows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned client account.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the client’s employees and management on all in-scope HR matters.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, employee files, HR letters, and lifecycle records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and full-and-final settlement inputs.
- Oversee employee-related statutory compliance, including PF, PT, ESIC, gratuity, POSH administration, registers, and labor law documentation.
- Recommend and support HRMS/payroll system implementation and administration.
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, employee communication, and handbook content.
- Support probation reviews, appraisal administration, performance documentation, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage resignation, notice tracking, exit formalities, and HR MIS/reporting.
- Maintain strong service quality, responsiveness, confidentiality, and stakeholder coordination across Consultuence and the client account.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong experience supporting India HR operations independently.
- Working knowledge of statutory HR compliance and labor-law-linked processes.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll tools and structured HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting or outsourced HR environment.
- Strong communication, drafting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Working Model
This role is employed by Consultuence and assigned to a client engagement. It is not a traditional full-time desk-based 8-hour office role; instead, it is an outcome-driven fractional position with hybrid remote delivery, scheduled onsite visits, and availability during key HR operations, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and escalation windows
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
