Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Personal Loan sales, preferably in the Fintech industry. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan offerings.
● Generate and qualify leads, converting them into successful loan applications.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
● Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in Personal Loans.
● Good understanding of Personal Loan products, customer eligibility, and loan processes. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
