Job Summary
We are looking for a Forklift Maintenance Engineer who can maintain and repair forklifts to keep them in good working condition. The candidate should have experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of forklifts.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Attend forklift breakdowns and restore operations quickly.
- Inspect forklifts and identify problems before they become major.
- Replace damaged or worn-out parts when required.
- Maintain service and maintenance records.
- Ensure all forklifts follow safety standards.
- Coordinate with operators regarding maintenance issues.
- Keep tools and the maintenance area clean and organized.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in forklift maintenance.
- Knowledge of diesel and electric forklifts.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair forklift problems.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing plant.
Preferred Candidate
- Local candidates from Raipur, Chhattisgarh will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
