Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing requirements.
- Learn end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
