Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Outreach) to connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to promote our academic programs and generate student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, directors, and decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company's academic programs and courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into student admissions.
- Submit regular reports on outreach activities and admission conversions.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets as assigned.
Eligibility
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field visits.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Compensation
- Work From Home (WFH) with field visits as required.
- No fixed salary.
- 10% commission on every successful admission.
- Earnings are directly linked to the course fee value and admissions generated.
- High performers can earn attractive incentives based on results.
