Role Definition
Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying potential business prospects, connecting with them through calls and emails, nurturing relationships through regular follow-ups, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
Job Description
1) Contact Discovery & Database Management
- Research and identify potential clients from LinkedIn, company websites, directories, databases, and industry portals.
- Build and maintain an updated prospect database with accurate contact details.
- Segment prospects based on industry, geography, company size, and business requirements.
2) Outreach & Lead Engagement
- Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels.
- Introduce company services and generate interest among potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements and decision-making process.
- Maintain professional communication and update lead status in the CRM.
3) Follow-up & Meeting Scheduling
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and emails.
- Track and manage follow-up schedules to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with prospects and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings.
- Share meeting details, send reminders, and ensure meeting attendance.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
Job Requirements
- Fresher or 6 months experience in Lead Generation, Sales & marketing, etc.
- Strong quantitative research and data analytic skills
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work in teams
- Experience in an extremely fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
- Should be able to Articulate well
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
